If you create an account through a user profile (such as Facebook, or other social media sites), then your information is sent from your profile to use in accordance with our privacy policy. We also collect information on your site activity when you favourite, save or watch videos.
When required for easyheal course registration, we collect and process your personal information including your name, address, telephone number and email address, and other preferences such as profile, photos, workshop and activity choices. At times, you may be asked to provide additional information, such as payment to provide under a secure conference registration process. When you provide your credit card number, it will only be shared with verified third parties who perform tasks required to complete the purchase transaction, and only the last four digits will be stored.
We offer you opportunities to engage in public activities on easyheal.co.uk. "Public activities" are any actions you take on easyheal Site that are designed to be visible to other users -- including comments, recommendations and ratings. Your account is public by default. If you choose to engage in public activities, any personal information you upload may be read, collected or used by third parties. We are not responsible for any personally identifiable information you choose to submit in public forums. Information shared here may be used by others, potentially to send you unsolicited messages. Easyheal Accounts. In some areas of easyheal Site, you may be asked to create an account, access information and or upload data to help use the easyheal Site or application. These accounts are only available for individuals that are 13 and older, or 16 and older in the EU unless we have parental consent. If you create an account, you are required to provide complete and accurate information. If you have created an account and do not wish to access easyheal Content, you may follow the user instructions applicable for that easyheal Site or platform and/or ask us to manually deactivate your account. No Warranties. All Content (including but not limited to: (animations, videos, audios etc.) is made available and easyheal does not offer any warranty of any kind, or represent that the Content will be accurate, complete, or error-free. easyheal is not liable for the usage of, implementation of, impact from, or communication of the ideas presented in any Content.
Release and Indemnity. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AND/OR LIABILITY AGAINST easyheal ARISING FROM CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF easyheal SITE.
